The lake is stocked with lots of carp "doubles" to around 40lbs,pike to 13lbs, tench, bream, perch to 4lbs and many more general coarse fish all of which are exclusivly for you.
The cottage is fully equiped with full gas central heating, dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,built in oven & hob.
The bathroom has a bath and over bath shower.
