	Our house is situated in a small hamlet of 9 other houses close to the village of Le Champ St Pere in the Southern Vendée. The house is in its own garden and is private, peaceul and quiet. About 20 minutes drive from the beaches, there is plenty to do locally without being close to a 'resort'. We are pleased to rent our cottage out to those looking for a quiet holiday but we are afraid we do not take children under 5 or pets or smokers. Fussy we know!
	There are two bedrooms, one double, one twin. A kitchen with an eating area, gas oven, microwave, fridge and there is also a separate Dining Room. The lounge has a woodburning stove which is adequate to heat the whole house! There are electric radiators too for those chilly evenings in the autumn. Also there is a bathroom and separate WC. The ground floor is an open are a (sous sol) where there is a washing machine and storage space.
Price	July - August at £335 per week; May, June - Spetember, October at £235 per week; all other periods at £195 per week. Linen can be arranged at a further £25 per week.
