Three fantastic family gites in a magical setting. A dream holiday for children and their parents.
Our stunning Logis is set in its own grounds of two acres, and features a magnificent stone entrance complete with curving exterior stairway which opens onto a huge sun trap courtyard with gardens and stables. Walk through another traditional stone archway and you will find yourself in a glorious meadow and small orchard.
La Cabane is a peaceful little hamlet, with bar/restaurant/cybercafe and post office only 1km away at the main village of Bréville. A new organic bakery in the village means that your bread and croissants are only a leisurely bike ride away along the back lanes.
This area of France, well within a day's drive of the Channel ports, has a wonderfully warm and sunny climate. Here where the departments of the Charente and the Charente Maritime meet, the surrounding quiet lanes and country roads, bordered by vines and sunflowers are perfect for walking and cycling and we have bikes that you can use free of charge.
The gites are decorated and furnished in a simple but attractive style and are each equpped with their own washing machine,dishwasher, TV and DVD player.

We have 3 comfortable gites. LA GRENOUILLE has 1 large bedroom and sleeps 2-3.
La SORCIERE has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4-5.
LE FIGUIER has 2 bedrooms, one of which is a family room, the other a twin bedded room and sleeps 5-6 comfortably. |

We have a large heated swimming pool,new for 2008.
Cots, high chairs, stair gates and toddler toys all available free of charge as are games, footballs,swings etc for older children plus a giant trampoline for both children and adults.
We have bikes to borrowin sizes to suit all the family and babysitting can be arranged if you fancy a night out on your own. |

Prices start from £175 in the low season to £850 for our most luxurious cottage in the high season. Prices include all elecrticity, hot water etc as well as bedlinen(pure cotton) and bathroom towels. See our own website www.logis-la-cabane.com for price list. |
