Large lounge area with confortable seating, dining area with sufficient seating for 6 and fully fitted and equipped kitchen area. Master double bedroom with antique bed. Second bedroom has a bunk beds and a single bed. Shower room. Outside a sunny terrace with garden furniture.

The 10m x 6m heated pool is designed to satisfy a family’s needs. The shallow area makes up half of the pool (1m and 1.2 m deep) and is accessed by wide steps, then slopes rapidly to 2.3m and gives competent swimmers the chance to play too. It is equipped with an alarm to comply with French pool security laws and peace of mind for clients. Surrounded by trees and shrubs, it blends into its surroundings without detracting from wonderful views. The area around the pool is excellent for sunbathing and relaxing with a drink. The pool has lighting means it is great for those who like a late night dip. Badminton and Swingball also available.

Attractions

We are 25 minutes from the nearest beaches at Meschers or, if you prefer long stretches of golden sand and typical seaside amenities, Royan is just 25km away. The wild, unspoilt and rugged
‘Cote Sauvage’ is about 45 mins drive and is excellent for those who like to get away from the bustle of seaside resort life.
The ancient town of Saintes, which boasts an impressive Roman legacy, is only 20 minutes drive. The town of Cognac is worth a visit, giving you the opportunity to taste a range of cognacs at one of the many world famous ‘houses’ such as Hennessy, Remy Martin or Martell.
The beautiful cities of Bordeaux and La Rochelle both with excellent airport access, are approx. 1 hours drive. Both are worth a visit, having superb restaurants, shops and sites of interest.
