An original maison de vigneron which has been sympathetically converted into 4 self contained apartments. Wherever possible the original character of the house has been retained with features including moulded plasterwork, marble fireplaces and ornate tiled floors.

The apartments available range from a 1 bedroom apartment suitable for 1 or 2 people, to a 3 bedroom apartment which has a full bathroom and also a separate en-suite and can accommodate 6 +. WIFI available for use of guests. Plus large walled terrace with bbq, dining tables and chairs and sun loungers plus second terrace with 180 degree views of the village, the counrtyside beyond with the mountains as a backdrop.

20 minutes from the Mediterranean and 30 mins from stunning mountain scenery. Good communication links.

Each apartment has been individually designed with or the comfort of visitors. All are well equipped and self contained. The original features have been retained wherever possible including original tiled floors, ornate plasterwork and original marble fireplaces

Communal facilities include spacious sun terrace with bbq and dining tables and chairs for alfresco eating. Second terrace with panoramic views of the countryside, the village of Thezan (with an medieval centre) and with a backdrop of the mountains beyond.

Attractions

Too numerous to details! 20 minutes from the sandy beaches of the med (blue flag beaches!). 30 minutes from the mountains and the national park. Historic attractions, markets containing (local produce and antiques), wine and vinyards to visit medieval Carcassonne, Sete, the saltwater lakes with mussel and oyster beds, the canal du midi etc etc

To confirm a reservation we ask for a 25% deposit and will send you a booking form to complete. Apartments cannot be confirmed until both are returned to us and deposit are not refundable in the event of cancellation so we always recommend that you consider travel insurance.

We ask for the remainder of the cost plus a security deposit of £100 (or equivalent) approximately 6 weeks before arrival.
