	"Les Rochers" is situated on the edge of a national forest. It is perfect for couples or families seeking a quiet and relaxing break amidst stunning scenery. Set amongst mediterranean gardens of lavender, roses and oleander bushes, the private sun terrace has views over the cliffs of the Cirque du Bout du Monde. A short walk through the grounds leads to the heated swimming pool(10x4 m) with its area of lawn, patio and sun beds. The pool is open 9-12 and 3 -7p.m. and is shared only with the owners. There are childrens swings/rope ladders and a boules pitch under the trees. Beyond the gates lie many footpaths into the forest, perfect for walkers and mountain biking. If you love peace and quiet, wild flowers, animals and birds, then this is the place for you. The apartment occupies the entire ground floor of a large country house, and has its own self contained entrance and private garden area. Newly refurbished in 2010, the rooms are light ,spacious and well furnished. There is a large kitchen with a round dining table, as well as an outdoor dining table and parasol on the terrace. The lounge area has patio doors leading to the terrace and wonderful views beyond. It is comfortably furnished with sofas, bookshelves, coffee table etc. Les Rochers is situated on a private 7 acre wooded estate .it is approached by a part tarmac part gravel road. As well as the main house, the former caretakers cottage "La Primelle" also welcomes guests. This has its own pool and is entirely separate. The A75 toll free motorway is only a 10 min. drive (and yet a world away). Many historic towns and famous bridges of Southern France are within a half or full days visit. You can enjoy swimming and canoeing on local rivers or at nearby Lac Salagou. The beaches and fishing ports of the Mediterranean are only a 50 min drive.
